This is the conclusion of the duet. The book starts 6 months after the 1st one finished, with Harper wanting to buy the library, her mom dying and having blown it with both dudes.

Harper is such a complicated character! She's conflicted about her love for Christopher and is maybe, kinda, in love with Sutton. To top it off, she's in love with the idea of what the library represents. She thinks if she can't fix her mom or her love life she can at least fix the library. Her journey to buying and trying to fix it is fraught withs so many ups and downs, I can't tell you about them because they are all so spoilery :D

<spoiler>The book was really good and I loved her relationship with her mom and friends. I even loved her relationship with the 2 guys. The thing I didn't love: the ending and the conclusion of the love story. I mean, Ms Warren teased, and not, the menage that I expected it be a menage till the end. Also, if it were better explained maybe I could have swallowed it, but it ended so abruptly for me...</spoiler>

All in all it was a good story, I loved that we visited with all these characters from Ms Warren's other stories, I loved Harper and her drive, I just wished it ended differently.
